When I first learned that the care receiver had Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), also known as multiple personalities, I experienced a flood of emotions—confusion, fear, and isolation—because answers were hard to find. This journey inspired me to write my book: the handbook I wish I had at the start of my experience. It is designed to guide you through the challenges of caring for or supporting someone with DID, making an already difficult situation more manageable.
I am deeply passionate about helping those affected by personality disorders, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder (BPD), mood disorders (MD), DID, and related conditions. Through hands-on care and evidence-based approaches, I successfully supported a care receiver to full integration in less than three years—no longer meeting the criteria for the diagnosis.
For individuals living with personality disorders, I offer one-on-one life coaching to help you navigate life successfully, achieve your goals, and thrive with confidence and confidentiality.
For therapists and caregivers, my workshops provide practical education and hands-on training to build the confidence and knowledge needed to support clients with DID, personality disorders, schizophrenia, mood disorders, or BPD. Personality disorders can be delicate and complex, and many therapists feel unprepared to treat them. Through real-life scenarios, I teach how to identify, understand, and assist clients, including insights on why DID is often undiagnosed or misdiagnosed and how we can improve care.
My personal experience is invaluable for the mental health community. Together, we can make a life-changing difference for those in need.
